Returns, Refunds,
or Exchanges
Customer is aware
that there are not returns, refunds, or exchanges for equipment
that is suspected to have been in use or installed after purchases.
No return, refunds or exchanges will be given to unused equipment
that is not returned in its original packaging. If packaging
is torn or damaged, restocking fees will be applied. The restocking
fee for returned items is 15% of the item purchase price. Electric
Gate Store, Inc. reserves all rights to determine if equipment is
deemed returnable. NO returns, refunds or exchanges will be given
for equipment returned after 30 days.
Warranty of Equipment
Purchased
All warranties will
be honored by the manufacturer, not Electric Gate Store, Inc. All
warranties are subject to manufacturer’s policies. All repairs
must be issued an RMA number before they can be sent out for repair.
Shipping charges for equipment being sent out to the manufacturer
is the responsibility of the customer. All charges subject to equipment
being sent out for repair are the responsibility of the customer.
Manufacturer determines if item being sent out for repair is under
warranty terms. Customer understands that Electric Gate Store, Inc.
is not responsible for any changes, damages, or losses associated
with equipment being sent out for repair.
